摘　　要：代谢综合征(MS)是一种聚集发病的复杂代谢性疾病,临床上常合并多种并发症,增加了其治疗难度。MS与颈动脉硬化(CAS)的关系密切,MS患者是CAS的高风险人群,且增加了CAS的发病风险及严重程度。MS合并CAS是多种代谢紊乱导致的复杂病理状态,病理基础为肥胖和胰岛素抵抗,目前MS合并CAS的治疗以西医治疗和改善生活方式为主,辅以中医治疗整体调理。但现阶段关于中西医结合治疗MS合并CAS的研究较少,未来可对MS合并CAS的中西医结合治疗进行深入探索,为进一步防治MS合并CAS提供科学的理论指导。Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a complex metabolic disorder that occurs in clusters,often with multiple complications,increasing the difficulty of treatment.MS is closely related to carotid arteriosclerosis(CAS),and MS patients are a high-risk population for CAS,with an increased risk and severity of CAS.MS combined with CAS is a complex pathological state caused by a variety of metabolic disorders,and the pathological basis is obesity and insulin resistance.Currently,the treatment of MS combined with CAS is mainly based on western medicine treatment and lifestyle improvement,supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine treatment for overall regulation.However,at present,there are few studies on the treatment of MS combined with MS with integrated Chinese and western medicine,which can be explored deeper in the future,so as to provide scientific theoretical guidance for further prevention and treatment of MS combined with CAS.
