摘　　要：慢性难愈合创面(CRW)病因多样、病理机制复杂,严重影响患者生活质量,甚至威胁患者生命安全。随着人口老龄化和慢性疾病患者数量的增加,CRW问题越来越显著。目前中医内外治疗方法、西医现代治疗手段在CRW治疗中均具有一定潜力。中西医结合治疗方案较全面且具有针对性,有助于快速治愈疾病。未来的研究应集中于优化目前的治疗方法,并通过免疫调节增强伤口愈合的有效性,阐明中西医结合在CRW中的作用机制,提高患者的生活质量和依从性。Chronic refractory wounds(CRW)have diverse etiologies and complex pathologic mechanisms,seriously affecting the patients′quality of life and even threatening their lives.With the aging population and the increasing number of patients with chronic diseases,the problem of CRW is becoming more and more significant.Currently,internal and external therapeutic methods of Chinese medicine and modern therapeutic means of western medicine both have some potential in CRW treatment.Combined Chinese and western medicine treatment programs are more comprehensive and targeted,helping to cure the disease quickly.Future research should focus on optimizing current treatments and enhancing the effectiveness of wound healing through immunomodulation,elucidating the mechanism of action of the combination of Chinese and western medicine in CRW,and improving the quality of life and compliance of the patients.
