摘　　要：原发免疫性血小板减少症(PITP)是一种获得性的自身免疫性出血性疾病,其发病机制尚未明确,目前缺乏有效治疗手段,现有治疗方法效果并不理想,患者治疗后复发的风险相对较高。而中西医结合治疗不仅能明显提升疗效,还可以在一定程度上减少西药治疗可能带来的不良反应,提高患者对西药的适应性和治疗耐受度。基于此,充分认识目前中西医治疗PITP的方法有助于临床优化PITP诊疗策略,从而更好地改善患者生存、生活质量,使更多患者获益。Primary immune thrombocytopenia(PITP)is an acquired autoimmune hemorrhagic disease,and its pathogenesis is not yet clear.Currently,there is a lack of effective treatment methods,and the effect of existing treatments is not ideal.The patients have a relatively high risk of recurrence after treatment.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can not only significantly improve the efficacy,but also reduce the possible adverse reactions of western medicine treatment to a certain extent,and improve the patients′adaptability and treatment tolerance to western medicine.Based on this,fully understanding the current methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine for treating PITP can help optimize the diagnosis and treatment strategies of PITP in clinical practice,thereby better improving the survival and quality of life of the patients and benefiting more patients.
