渴络欣胶囊联合注射用胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析渴络欣胶囊联合注射用胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年12月安阳市人民医院收治的126例DN患者资料,根据治疗方法不同将采用胰激肽原酶治疗的63例患者列为对照组,将采用渴络欣胶囊+胰激肽原酶治疗的63例患者列为观察组。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肾功能[肾小球滤过率(GFR)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、血肌酐(Scr)]及安全性。结果:观察组临床总有效率90.48%(57/63)高于对照组76.19%(48/63)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分(尿混或浑浊、五心烦热、倦怠乏力、气短懒言、咽干口燥、肢体疼痛、多食易饥)低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组mAlb、Scr低于对照组,GFR高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:渴络欣胶囊联合注射用胰激肽原酶治疗DN疗效确切,可减轻患者症状,改善肾功能,安全性高。Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Keluoxin capsules combined with pancreatic kininogenase injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 126 DN patients from Anyang People's Hospital between January 2021 and December 2023.According to different treatment methods,63 patients treated with pancreatic kininogenase alone were assigned to the control group,and 63 patients treated with Keluoxin Capsules combined with pancreatic kininogenase were assigned to the observation group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,renal function[glomerular filtration rate(GFR),urinary microalbumin(mAlb),serum creatinine(Scr)],and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 90.48%(57/63),which was higher than the 76.19%(48/63)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores(including urine turbidity,five-heart distress heat,lassitude and fatigue,hortness of breath and lazy words,dry throat and mouth,limb pain,and excessive food and easy hunger)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mAlb and Scr levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the GFR was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Keluoxin Capsules and pancreatic kininogenase injection for the treatment of DN is effective in alleviating symptoms,improving renal function,while also being safe.
