摘　　要：涉外法治人才培养是一项系统工程。面向涉外法治一体推进需要的创新人才培养机制,是新时代高素质涉外法治人才培养的有效路径,是推进中国式现代化、开展国际合作和斗争、保障新时代涉外法治人才供给的迫切需要。建立涉外法治一体推进需要的创新人才培养机制,应以习近平法治思想为引领,以系统集成、整体谋划、相互配合、协同高效为指导思想,使涉外法治人才培养与涉外立法、涉外执法、涉外司法、涉外守法、涉外法律服务一体推进。同时,涉外法治人才培养机制应根据一体推进需要不断创新完善,以全面提高涉外法治人才培养质量,为加快涉外法治体系和能力建设夯实人才基础。The cultivation of foreign-related rule of law talents is a systematic project.The innovative talents training mechanism oriented towards the need for the integrated promotion of foreign-related rule of law is an effective way to cultivate high-quality foreign-related rule of law talents in the new era,and it is also an urgent need to promote Chinese path to modernization,carry out international cooperation and fight,and ensure the supply of foreign-related rule of law talents in the new era.The establishment of an innovative talents training mechanism for the integrated promotion of foreign-related rule of law should be led by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and guided by systematic integration,overall planning,mutual cooperation,synergy and high efficiency,so as to advance the integrated promotion of foreign-related rule of law talents training with foreign-related legislation,foreign-related law enforcement,foreign-related justice,foreign-related law-abiding and foreign-related legal services.Simultaneously,the talents training mechanism of foreign-related rule of law should be constantly innovated and improved according to the needs of integrated promotion,so as to comprehensively improve the training quality of foreign-related rule of law talents and lay a solid foundation for accelerating the foreign-related rule of law system and capacity building.
