摘　　要：目的分析血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平在肺炎支原体感染伴喘息患儿病情诊断及预后评估中的作用。方法选取盐城市妇幼保健院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的41例肺炎支原体感染伴喘息患儿纳入观察组,另选取同时期收治的56例肺炎支原体感染不伴喘息患儿纳入对照组。比较两组血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平及与肺炎支原体感染伴喘息的相关性。结果治疗前,两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组高于对照组,(P<0.05)。血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平与疾病存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论IgA、IgM、IgG指标在肺炎支原体感染伴喘息的发病过程中发挥重要作用,临床诊断价值高。Objective To analyze the role of serum IgA,IgM,and IgG levels in the diagnosis and prognostic assessment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection complicated by wheezing.Methods A total of 41 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection complicated by wheezing admitted to Yancheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were included in the observation group,and another 56 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection without wheezing admitted during the same period were included in the control group.The levels of serum IgA,IgM,and IgG in the two groups and their correlation with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection complicated by wheezing were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in IgA,IgM,and IgG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM,and IgG in both groups improved compared to before treatment,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IgA,IgM,and IgG were positively correlated with the disease(P<0.05).Conclusions IgA、IgM、IgG immune indicators play an important role in the pathogenesis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection accompanied by Wheezing and have high clinical diagnose value.
