甲型流感病毒感染合并肺炎支原体感染PCT、IL-6与病毒载量相关性

摘　　要：目的分析甲型流感病毒感染合并支原体感染降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与病毒载量相关性。方法选取2023年1月至2024年4月高密市中医院收治的120例甲型流感病毒(H1N1)合并肺炎支原体(MP)感染患者作为观察对象,并按照病情严重程度分为轻型组(46例)中型组(40例)、重型组(34例),并与同时期单纯H1N1感染者(39例)、单纯MP感染者(35例)作对比,分析PCT、IL-6和病毒载量在治疗前后和分组间的变化趋势相关性分析。结果H1N1+MP各指标在治疗前后均与H1N1、MP存在差异(P<0.05);治疗后,H1N1+MP在轻型组、中型组以及重型组的PCT、IL-6水平以及病毒载量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCT、IL-6水平与病毒载量之间为负相关(r=-0.57、-0.53,P<0.001)。结论甲型H1N1合并MP感染后,其血清中的PCT、IL-6指标显著升高,病毒载量降低,且PCT、IL-6感染指标与病毒载量呈现负相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and viral load in influenza A virus infection complicated with mycoplasma infection.Methods A total of 120 patients with influenza A virus(H1N1)combined with Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection admitted to Gaomi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 as the observation objects,and divide them into mild group(46 cases),medium group(40 cases),and severe group(34 cases)according to their severity.Compare them with 39 cases of pure H1N1 infection and 35 cases of pure MP infection during the same period to analyze the correlation of the trends of PCT,IL-6 and viral load before and after treatment and between groups.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05)in the indicators of H1N1+MP compared to H1N1 and MP before and after treatment;After treatment,there were significant differences in PCT,IL-6 levels,and viral load of H1N1+MP among the mild,moderate,and severe groups(P<0.05);There is a negative correlation between PCT,IL-6 levels and viral load(r=-0.57、-0.53,P<0.001).Conclusions After A(H1N1)combined with MP infection,the serum PCT and IL-6 indexes were significantly increased,and the viral load was significantly reduced,and the PCT and IL-6 infection indexes were negatively correlated with viral load.
