六君子汤治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨六君子汤治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年2月在泉州市洛江区河市镇河市卫生院接受治疗的94例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字分配原则,患者被均分为对照组与试验组,每组各47例,对照组采用布洛芬缓释胶囊和甲钴胺治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采用六君子汤治疗,分别记录两组治疗前、治疗后4周VAS临床疗效、腰椎功能及并发症发生情况。结果干预前,组间VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的82.97%(P<0.05)。治疗后12周,观察组腰椎功能各评估项在主观症状、临床体征及日常活动受限方面得分及总分相比对照组均升高(P<0.05)。观察组发生并发症的患者总占比为4.26%,相比对照组的发生总占比17.02%更低(P<0.05)。结论采用六君子汤治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症可改善患者的腰椎功能降低患者疼痛,疗效确切,安全可靠。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Liujunzi Decoction on cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation.Methods 94 patients with lumbar disc herniation who received treatment at Heshi Health Center in Heshi Town,Luojiang District,Quanzhou City from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the subjects.According to the principle of random number allocation,patients were divided into a control group and an trial group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules and mecobalamin,while the trial group was treated with Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The VAS,clinical efficacy,lumbar spine function,and incidence of complications were recorded before and after 4 weeks of treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,the VAS scores in the trial group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).the total effective rate in the trial group was 95.74%,higher than the 82.97%in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 weeks after treatment,the scores in the observational group for lumbar function assessments in terms of subjective symptoms,clinical signs,and limitations in daily activities,as well as the total score,were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients experiencing complications in the observational group was 4.26%,which was lower than the 17.02%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation can improve lumbar function and reduce pain in patients,with definite therapeutic effect,safety and reliability.
