中药烫熨联合针灸康复理疗在腰间盘突出症腰痛患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究中药烫熨联合针灸康复理疗在腰间盘突出症腰痛患者护理中的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月赣州市赣县区中医院针灸康复科收治的腰间盘突出症患者130例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(65例),观察组(65例),对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予中药烫熨联合针灸康复理疗护理模式。比较两组患者护理前后疼痛评分和腰椎功能评分、治疗效果和生活质量。结果观察组患者护理后腰部疼痛(VAS)评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。腰椎功能[日本针灸康复科学会评分(JOA)]分数比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.84%,高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05)。观察组自理功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分及情感功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对腰间盘突出症患者,中药烫熨联合针灸康复理疗护理可减轻患者疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with acupuncture rehabilitation therapy on nursing care of patients with lumbar disc protrusion.Methods A total of 130 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Acupuncture and Rehabilitation Department of Gancheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Ganzhou City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into a control group(65 cases)and an observation group(65 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received a combined traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and acupuncture rehabilitation physiotherapy nursing care model.The study compared the pain scores and lumbar function scores before and after nursing care between the two groups;compared the treatment outcomes of the patients in both groups;and compared the quality of life of the patients in both groups.Results Patients in the observation group had lower postnursing care back pain scores on the VAS compared to the control group(P<0.05).The lumbar function scores on the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scale were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The overall treatment effectiveness in the observation group was 93.84%,which was higher than the 76.92%in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care function score,psychological function score,social function score,and emotional function score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with lumbar disc herniation,traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation physiotherapy nursing can reduce pain symptoms,improve lumbar function and improve quality of life.
