超前镇痛模式在骨科患者手术镇痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的为减少骨科手术患者疼痛感,提升机体舒适程度,就护理干预与超前镇痛结合的应用效果进行评价和分析。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院骨科行手术治疗的患者进行研究,共72例,根据随机数字表法分组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以超前镇痛护理,分析手术镇痛效果。结果护理后,和常规护理组患者总满意度比较,观察组患者总满意度更高(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者手术并发症比对照组患者并发症更少(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者视觉模拟量表VAS评分更低,抑郁自评量表SDS得分和焦虑自评量表SAS得分更低(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分量表(GQOLI-74)和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)得分比常规护理组患者更高(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理干预基础上进行超前镇痛护理能够有效发挥镇痛作用,可以减少骨科手术并发症,有利于改善患者生活质量,预后更理想。Objective To reduce pain in orthopedic surgery patients and improve body comfort,this study evaluates and analyzes the effectiveness of nursing intervention combined with advanced analgesia.Methods A total of 72 patients treated in the ninth Orthopaedic Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People’s Army of the PLA from December 2021 to December 2022 were divided according to the random number table method.The control group gave routine care,and the observation group provided advanced analgesia care on the basis of routine care,and analyzed the analgesic effect of surgery.Results After nursing care,compared with the conventional nursing group,the overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher(P<0.05);after nursing care,the number of surgical complications in patients in the observation group was fewer than those in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing care,the VAS scores,SDS scores,and SAS scores of patients in the observation group were lower compared to the control group(P<0.05);after nursing care,the scores on the Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74)and the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scale of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention and advanced analgesia nursing can reduce surgical complications,effectively exert analgesic effects,improve patient quality of life,and have a more ideal prognosis.It is worth promoting and applying widely in clinical practice.
