摘　　要：中医药作为我国医疗卫生事业的特色及关键部分,在重大疫病预防及救治中发挥了积极作用,但其在应急救援管理当中如何发挥优势作用还需进一步挖掘与发展。为提升我国中医医疗机构特色应急救援水平,中医药应全程参与应急救援管理,将中医急救技术与疫病防治的优势及现有的应急救援体系相结合,优势互补、协调发展,共建具有中国特色的中西医结合应急救援管理体系。As a characteristic and key part of China's medical and health service,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has played a positive role in the prevention and treatment of major epidemics.However,how to give full play to its advantages in emergency rescue management still needs further exploration and development.To enhance the emergency rescue capabilities of TCM institutions in China,it is essential for TCM to engage comprehensively in emergency rescue management.This involves integrating the strengths of TCM first aid techniques and disease prevention strategies with the existing emergency response framework,thereby fostering a synergistic development of advantages.Ultimately,this will facilitate the establishment of an integrated emergency rescue management system that harmonizes traditional Chinese and Western medical practices while reflecting distinct Chinese characteristics.
