公立医院信访档案保密工作的路径探索

摘　　要：近年来随着国家对信访工作发展的重视,信访业务逐渐走向正规化、成熟化、规范化的道路。如何做好公立医院信访档案的保密工作也成为医院纪检监察不可忽视的问题。本文概述公立医院信访档案日常保密工作情况,多角度分析医院信访档案保密的必要性,从提高信访安全保密认知、健全信访保密规定、完善硬软件配套设施、加强数字化信息平台建设四个方面,探索公立医院信访档案的保密路径。In recent years,with the increasing attention to the development of the petition work at the national level,petition affairs have gradually moved towards a path of standardization,maturity,and normalization.How to ensure the confidentiality of petition archives in public hospitals has become an issue that cannot be ignored by the hospital’s disciplinary inspection and supervision.This article outlines the daily confidentiality work of petition archives in public hospitals,analyzes the necessity of confidentiality in hospital petition archives from multiple perspectives,and explores the path of confidentiality in public hospital petition archives from four aspects:improving awareness of petition security and confidentiality,establishing regulations on petition confidentiality,improving hardware and software facilities,and strengthening the construction of digital information platforms.
