摘　　要：目的:分析应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物发生不良反应的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2024年6月该院收治的240例应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物治疗患者的临床资料,统计应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物治疗患者不良反应发生情况,采用Logistic回归分析应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物发生不良反应的影响因素。结果:240例应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物治疗患者发生不良反应42例,发生率为17.50%(42/240),不良反应主要累及皮肤、消化系统,设为发生组,其余设为未发生组;发生组年龄≥60岁、高剂量用药、联合用药、合并低蛋白血症等占比均高于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,高剂量用药、联合用药、合并低蛋白血症等均为影响应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物发生不良反应的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:高剂量用药、联合用药、合并低蛋白血症等均为影响应用β-内酰胺类抗菌药物发生不良反应的危险因素。Objective:To analyze influencing factors of adverse reactions in application ofβ-lactam antibiotics.Methods:The clinical data of 240 patients treated withβ-lactam antibiotics in this hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of adverse reactions in these patients was statistically analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of adverse reactions in the application ofβ-lactam antibiotics.Results:There were 42 cases of adverse reactions in the 240 patients treated withβ-lactam antibiotics,with an incidence of 17.50%(42/240);the adverse reactions mainly involved the skin and digestive system;and these patients were set as the occurrence group,the rest were set as the non-occurrence group.The proportions of the patients with age≥60 years,high-dose medication,combination medication,and combined hypoproteinemia in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that high-dose medication,combination medication,and combined hypoproteinemia were all risk factors affecting the adverse reactions in the application ofβ-lactam antibiotics(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:High-dose medication,combination medication,and combined hypoproteinemia are the risk factors affecting the adverse reactions in the application ofβ-lactam antibiotics.
