生脉活血汤联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉活血汤联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年1月该院收治的94例老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组予以常规西药(美托洛尔+阿司匹林)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合生脉活血汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、心功能指标[每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]水平、生命质量[西雅图心绞痛问卷(SAQ)]评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%(47/47),高于对照组的87.23%(41/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胸痛胸闷、心悸气短、神疲乏力、面色紫黯等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVEDD水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组SV、LVEF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SAQ评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生脉活血汤联合常规西药治疗老年冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者可提高治疗总有效率和生命质量评分,降低中医证候积分,改善心功能指标水平,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Shengmai Huoxue decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of 94 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(Metoprolol+Aspirin),while the observation group was treated with Shengmai Huoxue decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores,the cardiac function indexes[stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]levels,the quality of life[Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)]score before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(47/47),which was higher than 87.23%(41/47)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,shortness of breath,mental fatigue and purple complexion in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEDD levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the levels of SV and LVEF in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the SAQ scores of the
