双心护理在永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察双心护理在永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年7月至2023年4月该院收治的70例永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者的临床资料,按护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用双心护理,比较两组护理前后心功能指标[6 min步行距离(6MWD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]水平、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分和简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分。结果:出院时,两组6MWD长于护理前,且观察组长于对照组,LVEF水平和SF-36各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,两组SAS、SDS等负性情绪评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用双心护理可改善永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者心功能指标水平改善SF-36各维度评分,以及降低负性情绪评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of double heart nursing in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the double heart nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The cardiac function indexes[6-minute walking distance(6MWD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]level,the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores,and the the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results:At discharge,the 6MWD in the two groups were longer than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was longer than that in the control group;and the levels of LVEF and the scores of SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of negative emotions such as SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the double heart nursing can improve the cardiac function indexes and the SF-36 scores of the patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation,and reduce the negative emotion scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
