摘  要:箔轧阶段,导致产品质量下降或断带的重要原因之一是出现以孔洞为特征的针孔、贯穿孔(或压漏)、气道、辊印等缺陷。影响铝箔质量的一个关键指标是针孔数量,而造成针孔的因素有很多。本文针对在铝箔轧制过程中针孔形成的主要因素,在工业化生产基础上结合部分试验,对箔轧过程中孔洞缺陷产生的主要原因即油品清洁度和表面擦划伤进行分析,采用异物颗粒指标作为轧制油中所含固体大颗粒悬浮物的量化检测方法,提出改善措施。One of the important reasons for the decline or breakage of product quality during the foil rolling stage is the appearance of defects such as pinholes,through holes(or pressure leaks),air passages,and roll marks characterized by holes.A key indicator affecting the quality of aluminum foil is the number of pinholes,and there are many factors that cause pinholes.This article focuses on the main factors that cause pinholes in the aluminum foil rolling process.Based on industrial production and partial experiments,the main causes of hole defects during the foil rolling process are analyzed,including oil cleanliness and surface scratches.The foreign particle index is used as a quantitative detection method for the suspended solid large particles in the rolling oil,and improvement measures are proposed.
