摘　　要：对钢铁行业“十八罗汉”进行系统性的梳理与分析,从产权变更、产能规模等方面透析建国初期各地方的骨干企业的发展历程,阐述破产停产、异地搬迁、被兼并重组、发展壮大等四类发展与变迁,以期给中国钢铁工业、地方国有企业发展路径提供一定的启迪价值。This paper conducts a systematic review and analysis of the"Eighteen Arhats"in the steel industry,examines the development process of the key enterprises in various regions in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China from aspects such as property rights changes and production capacity scales,elaborates on the four types of development and changes including bankruptcy and production suspension,relocation to other places,mergers and reorganizations,and growth and expansion,with the aim of providing certain enlightenment value regarding the development paths of our country’s steel industry and local state-owned enterprises.
