摘 要:儿童脓毒症急性肾损伤(SAKI)严重威胁患儿生命健康,其中肾小管上皮细胞凋亡在SAKI发展中起关键作用。SAKI过程涉及多条信号通路,脓毒症引发的过度炎症可激活特定信号通路,诱导肾小管上皮细胞凋亡。脓毒症还可导致线粒体功能障碍,从而产生大量活性氧,触发细胞凋亡程序。此外,细胞自噬与凋亡之间存在复杂的交互作用,可影响肾小管上皮细胞的命运。因此,深入研究SAKI相关信号通路在疾病中的作用机制,可以为临床治疗提供新方向。Septic acute kidney injury(SAKI)in children seriously threatens the life and health of the children,and the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells plays a crucial role in the disease development.The SAKI process involves multiple signaling pathways,and excessive inflammation caused by sepsis can activate specific signaling pathways and induce the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells.Sepsis can also lead to mitochondrial dysfunction,resulting in the generation of excessive reactive oxygen species,triggering the cell apoptosis program.Moreover,there is a complex interaction between autophagy and apoptosis,which can affect the fate of renal tubular epithelial cells.Therefore,in-depth research on the mechanism of SAKI related signaling pathways in diseases can provide new directions for the clinical treatment.
