摘　　要：深静脉血栓(DVT)是一种常见且严重的血管疾病,具有较高的发病率和严重的近远期并发症,主要表现为下肢发热、疼痛和肿胀,严重降低患者的生活质量。随着研究的深入发现,遗传性血栓形成倾向是导致DVT的一个关键风险因素,遗传性缺陷可能导致凝血异常和抗凝蛋白及凝血因子的缺陷,从而影响DVT的诊断、治疗和预后。然而,相关遗传性缺陷促进DVT发生的分子机制尚未完全明确,未来进一步探索遗传性易感因素与DVT的关系,对于诊断和预测DVT的发生、降低其发病率,进而有效预防该疾病具有极为关键的意义。Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is a common and serious vascular disease with high morbidity and serious near-term and long-term complications,with the patients mainly presenting with fever,pain,and swelling of the lower extremities,seriously reducing their quality of life.With the deepening of research,it′s discovered that genetic predisposition to thrombosis is a key risk factor for DVT.These genetic defects may lead to coagulation abnormalities and defects in anticoagulant proteins and coagulation factors,which may affect the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of DVT.However,the molecular mechanism of related genetic defects promoting the occurrence of DVT has not yet been fully understood.Further exploration of the relationship between genetic predisposing factors and DVT in the future is of great significance for diagnosing and predicting the occurrence of DVT,as well as reducing its incidence and effectively preventing the disease.
