摘　　要：乳房重建是目前乳腺外科发展的新趋势。按乳房植入物类型可将重建材料分为自体组织和异体组织两大类,自体组织材料因具有良好的生物相容性和自然的外形效果在临床广泛应用,而异体组织材料(如硅胶假体)因操作简便、恢复快等优势成为即刻重建的主流选择。针对不同患者的个体需求及远期获益选择最佳的乳房重建材料成为现阶段讨论的焦点。未来的研究应聚焦于材料的优化、个性化重建方案的制订、并发症的长期管理及新技术的应用等方面,以提升乳房重建术的安全性、效果和稳定性。Breast reconstruction is currently a new trend in the development of breast surgery.According to the type of breast implant,reconstruction materials can be categorized into two types:autologous tissue and foreign tissue/materials.Autologous tissue material is widely used in the clinical practice due to its good biocompatibility and natural appearance,while foreign tissue materials(such as silicone implants)have become the mainstream choice for immediate reconstruction due to their advantages of easy operation and fast recovery.The selection of the best breast reconstruction materials based on the individual needs and long-term benefits of different patients has become a focus of discussion at this stage.Future research should focus on optimizing materials,developing individualized reconstruction plans,long-term management of complications,and the application of new technologies,so as to improve the safety,effectiveness and stability of breast reconstruction surgery.
