摘 要:心律失常作为一种常见的心血管疾病,发病人群日益年轻化。起搏器置入是慢性心律失常介入治疗最主要的方式,而最常见的经静脉心脏起搏器因导线及囊袋导致的并发症发生率较高,为解决这一问题,无导线起搏器技术在临床应用且技术不断突破。无导线起搏器的适应证从单室起搏到房室同步起搏,使更多患者从中受益,但现有临床试验数据与真实世界报道存在差距,因此还需要对其进行深入研究。Arrhythmia,as a common cardiovascular disease,is increasingly affecting younger populations.Pacemaker implantation is the most common method for interventional treatment of chronic arrhythmia,and the incidence of the most common complication caused by lead and pocket in intravenous cardiac pacemakers is high.To solve this problem,leadless pacemaker technology is being applied in clinical practice and the technology is constantly making breakthroughs.The indications for leadless pacemakers range from single ventricular pacing to realizing synchronous atrioventricular pacing,benefiting more patients.However,there is a gap between existing clinical trial data and real-world reports,so further research is still needed.
