摘　　要：睾丸扭转是小儿泌尿外科常见的急诊病之一,其起病急、易导致睾丸坏死、预后差,需要及时、准确的诊断,以避免不必要的睾丸切除。随着医疗水平的不断提高,用于诊断睾丸扭转的体格检查、辅助检查(如超声检查、血液学指标)被进一步完善,但在临床应用中也各有利弊。目前儿童睾丸扭转常见的治疗方法包括手法复位、手术治疗、药物治疗。为保留睾丸及保护生精功能,对于是否预防性固定对侧睾丸目前尚有争论。未来,将各种辅助检查的优点相结合,进一步系统地优化睾丸扭转的诊断过程,将更好地指导睾丸扭转的临床诊治,力求最大限度地保留睾丸功能以及改善睾丸扭转的预后。Testicular torsion is one of the common emergency diseases in pediatric urology,which is characterized with rapid onset,easy to lead to testicular necrosis,and poor prognosis,and requires timely and accurate diagnosis to avoid unnecessary testicular resection.With the continuous development of medical level,physical examination,auxiliary tests for the diagnosis of testicular torsion(such as ultrasound and hematological indicators)have been further improved,and the clinical application each has advantages and disadvantages.At present,the common treatment methods for testicular torsion in children include manual reduction,surgical treatment and drug therapy.In order to preserve the testis and protect spermatogenic function,there is still debate about whether to prophylactically immobilize the contralateral testis.In the future,combining the advantages of various auxiliary examinations to further systematically optimize the diagnostic process of testicular torsion will better guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to maximize the preservation of testicular function and improve the prognosis.
