摘 要:超声引导下横突间阻滞(ITPB)作为一种新型的改良椎旁神经阻滞技术,可在围手术期实现超前镇痛,从而减轻手术刺激,降低患者应激反应,对患者术后康复具有重要意义。ITPB具有操作简便、安全性高、并发症少等优势,因可提供与椎旁阻滞非劣效的镇痛效果而受到广泛关注,近年逐渐应用于各类外科手术的术中麻醉。因此,深入研究超声引导下ITPB的作用机制及镇痛效果、全面了解其在围手术期应用的安全性和可行性,可为临床选择使用ITPB提供新思路。Ultrasound-guided intertransverse process block(ITPB),as a novel and improved paraspinal nerve block technique,can achieve perioperative preemptive analgesia,thereby reducing surgical stimulation and lowering patient stress response,which is of great significance for postoperative rehabilitation.ITPB has the advantages of easy operation,high safety,and few complications.It has received widespread attention for providing non-inferior analgesic effects compared to paraspinal block and has gradually been applied in intraoperative anesthesia for various surgical procedures in recent years.Therefore,in-depth research on the mechanism and analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided ITPB,as well as a comprehensive understanding of its safety and feasibility in perioperative applications,can provide new ideas for the clinical selection of ITPB.
