摘  要:腹股沟疝是常见的小儿外科疾病,多数情况下无法自愈,需要手术治疗。腹腔镜手术因其微创优势,成为常用的临床方案。由于小儿的疼痛耐受能力较弱,如何有效缓解腹股沟疝修补术后患儿的疼痛成为临床研究的重点问题之一。术后区域神经阻滞技术(如腹横肌平面阻滞、腹直肌鞘阻滞、髂腹股沟/髂腹下神经阻滞和腰方肌阻滞)通过阻断感觉神经的神经传导达到镇痛效果,且超声引导下区域神经阻滞的安全性和有效性更高,尤其在小儿患者中。Inguinal hernia is a common pediatric surgical disease that cannot heal on its own in most cases and requires surgical treatment.Laparoscopic surgery has become a commonly used clinical protocol due to its minimally invasive advantages.Due to the weak pain tolerance of children,how to effectively alleviate the pain of children after inguinal hernia repair surgery has become one of the key issues in the clinical research.Postoperative regional nerve block techniques(such as transversus abdominis plane block,rectus abdominis sheath block,ilioinguinal/iliopsoas nerve block,and lumbar muscle block)achieve analgesic effects by blocking the nerve conduction of sensory nerves,and ultrasound-guided regional nerve block is safer and more effective,especially in pediatric patients.
