摘 要:火电厂作为我国主要的能源供应单位之一,在发电过程中会产生大量烟尘和废气,对环境造成严重污染。为了减少烟尘排放,火电厂通常利用除尘系统进行处理。然而,由于操作不当、设备老化或其他原因,除尘系统也会出现故障,导致烟尘排放超标,对环境和人类健康带来威胁。基于此,本文通过分析火电厂除尘系统的组成以及故障类型,提出火电厂除尘系统故障处理技术,旨在降低除尘系统故障发生的概率。As one of the main energy supply units in China,thermal power plants generate a large amount of smoke and exhaust gas during the power generation process,causing serious pollution to the environment.In order to reduce smoke emissions,thermal power plants usually use dust removal systems for treatment.However,due to improper operation,equipment aging,or other reasons,the dust removal system may also malfunction,resulting in excessive smoke and dust emissions,posing a threat to the environment and human health.Based on this,this article analyzes the composition and fault types of dust removal systems in thermal power plants,and proposes fault handling techniques for dust removal systems in thermal power plants,aiming to reduce the probability of dust removal system failures.
