摘 要:搭铁线作为防电磁干扰、防静电的常用标准件,电阻值大小对其静电防护效果影响明显。针对搭铁线电阻值超标问题,本文以HB6-38搭铁线产品为主要研究对象,深入分析产品各部件对阻值的影响占比。研究结果表明,搭铁线接头阻值偏高是导致产品整体阻值超标的主要因素,将接头材料由H6更换为T2-M后,搭铁线的电阻值及拉伸性能满足标准HB6-43的要求。The grounding wire is a commonly used standard component for preventing electromagnetic interference and static electricity,the magnitude of resistance has a significant impact on its electrostatic protection effect.Regarding the issue of excessive resistance values of grounding wires,the main research object is HB6-38 grounding wire products,thoroughly analyze the proportion of the impact of each component of the product on resistance value,the results indicate that the high resistance value of the grounding wire joint is the main factor causing the overall resistance value of the product to exceed the standard,after replacing the joint material from H6 to T2-M,the resistance value and tensile performance of the grounding wire can meet the requirements of standard HB6-43.
