摘　　要：压力容器作为承压类特种设备中极为重要的一种设备,其安全性一直都是检验工作的重中之重。本文首先论述了压力容器全面检验的流程,再以一台10m3卧式储气罐的首次全面检验为例,详细阐述全面检验流程,并针对发现的问题提出具体整改建议。检验结果表明,压力容器安全检验对于保障特种设备安全非常重要,建议严格遵循检验规程,确保设备的安全性能。As an extremely important equipment in the pressure-bearing special equipment,the safety of the pressure vessel has always been the top priority of the inspection work.This paper first discusses the process of comprehensive inspection of pressure vessels,and then takes the first comprehensive inspection of a 10m3 horizontal gas storage tank as an example,elaborates the comprehensive inspection process,and puts forward specific rectification suggestions for the problems found.Through the analysis and evaluation of the inspection results and follow-up management,the importance of pressure vessel safety inspection to ensure the safety of special equipment is emphasized,and strict compliance with inspection procedures is advocated to ensure the safety performance of equipment.
