摘　　要：高层建筑消防安全与防火监督管理是保证城市安全的关键。随着城市化进程的加快,高层建筑数量不断增加,消防安全问题日益凸显。本文从高层建筑的火灾特点出发,通过探讨了设计、施工、运营各个阶段的消防安全管理措施,以及消防技术与创新在高层建筑中的应用,结合信息化管理对提高消防安全管理效率的作用,以及智能消防系统在火灾预警、监测和应急响应中的重要性和高层建筑消防安全管理的有效策略,提出加强监督管理、推广先进技术、提高公众消防安全意识等建议,为高层建筑消防安全管理提供参考。Fire safety and fire supervision management of high-rise buildings are key to ensuring urban safety.With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of high-rise buildings continues to increase,and their fire safety issues are becoming increasingly prominent.Starting from the characteristics of fires in high-rise buildings,this article explores the fire safety management measures in various stages of design,construction,and operation,as well as the application of fire technology and innovation in high-rise buildings.Special emphasis was placed on the role of information management in improving the efficiency of fire safety management,as well as the importance of intelligent fire protection systems in fire warning,monitoring,and emergency response.By analyzing effective strategies for fire safety management in high-rise buildings,suggestions have been put forward to strengthen supervision and management,promote advanced technologies,and enhance public awareness of fire safety,in order to provide reference for fire safety management in high-rise buildings.
