山茱萸的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：山茱萸为山茱萸科植物山茱萸的干燥成熟果肉,为我国药食同源常用中药材之一。山茱萸主要含有环烯醚萜苷、黄酮、多糖、氨基酸等化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗炎、降血糖、抗肿瘤、保护肝脏、保护肾脏、保护神经、保护心肌等药理作用。本文主要对山茱萸化学成分及药理作用进行综述,以期为山茱萸的开发及临床应用提供参考依据。Corni Fructus is the dried and mature pulp of Cornus officinalis,a commonly used Chinese medicinal materials with the homology of medicine and food in China.Modern studies have shown that it mainly contains cyclic enol ether terpene glycosides,flavonoids,polysaccharides,amino acids and other chemical components,with antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,reducing blood sugar,anticancer,liver-,kidney-,nerve-,and myocardium-protecting effects.In this article,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Corni Fructus are reviewed in order to provide reference for its clinical application,development and utilization.
