摘 要:为探究微预混喷嘴在纯氢燃料下的燃烧特性,设计了模型实验件,并在常压下开展了纯氢燃料燃烧性能实验研究。研究了喷嘴间距、直径以及进气空气温度对火焰结构和污染物排放的影响规律。结果表明:在工况范围内,微混火焰呈现独立的多微射流火焰形态,在接近贫熄边界时,火焰开始抬升并转变成整体大火焰形态。当喷嘴间距缩小至S x=1.5D后,相邻火焰之间的火焰锋面存在相互重叠的区域,耦合作用增强,导致稳定性下降。火焰宽度随着喷嘴直径缩小而缩小。该微预混喷嘴可在较宽范围内实现纯氢燃料稳定燃烧,且具有较优的低排放燃烧性能。在绝热温度2000 K工况下NO_(x)排放低于10×10^(-6)(干基,体积分数,15%O_(2))。In order to investigate the combustion characteristics of hydrogen micro-premix burners,a model burner had been designed and the experimental study on combustion performance of the burner had been conducted under atmosphere pressure.The effects of nozzle spacing,nozzle diameter and inlet air temperature on flame structure and pollutant emission were studied experimentally.The results showed that the flame presented an independent multi-microjet flame pattern in the working condition range,and the flame began to rise and changed into a large flame pattern when approaching the extinction boundary.When the nozzle spacing was reduced to S=1.5D,the flame fronts between the adjacent flames overlapped each other,and the flames coupling effect was enhanced,which resulted in that the flame stability was reduced.on the other hand,the flame width decreased as the nozzle diameter decreased.The micro-premix model burner could achieve stable combustion and excellent low-emission performance for pure hydrogen in a wide range.Under the adiabatic temperature of 2000 K,the maximum NO x value was lower than 10×10^(-6)at 15%O_(2).
