摘  要:某2×100 MW联合循环机组汽轮机在运行过程中,发生主蒸汽调节阀突然全关事故,检查发现主蒸汽调节阀连接杆发生断裂,断裂前累计运行14000 h。针对该问题,通过材质及断口分析、结构设计,确定原因为低周疲劳开裂,为同类型机组提供了运行检修经验。During the operation of a combined cycle unit s steam turbine,an accident occurred where the main steam regulating valve suddenly closed completely.Inspection of the valve revealed that the connecting rod of the main steam regulating valve had fractured.Before the fracture,the valve had accumulated 14,000 hours of operation.To address this issue,through material and fracture analysis,as well as structural design,the cause was determined to be low cycle fatigue cracking.This provides operational maintenance experience for similar units.
