摘  要:为应对大流量供热,背压机组供热能力强,供热效率高,同时使用低压系统供热,低品质供热减少减温水及节流损失。高压系统为满足燃气轮机进气加热系统、透平冷却空气系统的需求,使得系统可控性变差。传统高压变频控制泵出口压力,在机组调峰时,变频参数不能随机组工况变化,导致透平冷却空气流量降低。为保证透平冷却空气流量,提高变频参数,高压变频长期接近工频运行,不节能。为保证机组安全运行,充分利用变频节能,提出了一种压差回滞函数控制燃气轮机负荷对应透平冷却空气流量、变频最低频率优选的控制策略。In order to cope with large flow heating,high back pressure units have strong heating capacity and high heating efficiency.At the same time,low pressure systems are used to supply heat,reducing desuperheating water and throttling loss for low-quality heating.In order to meet the requirements of the fuel gas heating and turbine cooling air(TCA)systems of the gas turbine,the system controllability becomes poor.The traditional high-voltage frequency converter controls the outlet pressure.During peak shaving of the unit,the frequency conversion parameters cannot change with the working conditions of the unit,resulting in low turbine cooling air systems flow.To ensure that TCA improves the frequency conversion parameters,the high-voltage frequency converter will operate near the power frequency for a long time without saving energy.In order to ensure the safe operation of the unit and make full use of frequency conversion for energy conservation,a control strategy of differential pressure hysteresis function control and gas turbine load optimization for TCA flow and the lowest frequency of frequency conversion is proposed.
