摘  要:介绍了延迟焦化装置电网晃电时汽轮机速关阀关闭机组停车的现象及特点。在机组运行、停车以及检修期间三个阶段对汽轮机异常停机的六个方面进行分析,认为汽轮机速关阀关闭的原因是晃电后润滑油泵切换期间控制系统蓄能器破裂和速关阀油缸内活塞密封圈间隙过大,使速关油泄压过快,速关油压不足以克服弹簧作用力,速关阀关闭,机组停车。This article introduces the phenomenon and characteristics of the shutdown of the unit when the turbine quick closing valve was closed during power grid shaking in the delayed coking unit.During the three stages of unit operation,shutdown,and maintenance,an analysis was conducted on six aspects of abnormal shutdown of the steam turbine.It was found that the reason for the closure of the turbine quick closing valve was due to the rupture of the control system accumulator and excessive clearance between the piston sealing rings in the quick closing valve cylinder during the switching of the lubricating oil pump after shaking electricity,which caused the quick closing oil to release pressure too quickly.The quick closing oil pressure was insufficient to overcome the spring force,and the speed closing valve closed,resulting in the shutdown of the unit.
