摘　　要：敞开式环式阳极焙烧炉火道墙破损容易降低火道墙使用寿命,影响生产效益和产品质量。为探索敞开式环式阳极焙烧炉火道墙的破损问题,本文主要结合某炭素厂敞开式环式阳极焙烧炉火道墙大修项目,详细研究火道墙破损的表现形式,分析火道墙破损问题成因,就此提出一系列的技术解决方案,这对于炉体的节能降耗、稳定运行和提高阳极质量具有重要的意义。Damage to the flue wall of an open ring anode roasting furnace can easily reduce its service life,affecting production efficiency and product quality.In order to explore the problem of damage to the flue wall of an open ring anode roasting furnace,this article mainly combines a major overhaul project of the flue wall of an open ring anode roasting furnace in a carbon plant,studies in detail the manifestations of flue wall damage,analyzes the causes of flue wall damage,and proposes a series of technical solutions.This is of great significance for energy conservation,consumption reduction,stable operation,and improvement of anode quality of the furnace.
