摘　　要：在20万吨阴极铜系统电解系统中,为提高铜阳极泥液过滤效率,某厂计划在行业内首次将全自动立式压滤机应用于铜电解阳极泥液过滤中。经实验数据分析选型及在设备正式投入使用后的实际情况证明该设备在阳极泥液压滤生产过程中具有降低员工劳动强度、提高过滤及出装效率、提高槽利用率等优点。本文对设备、滤布选型及在实际使用过程中设备出现的相应问题、改造方案进行了阐述,望对相关人员提出参考及借鉴。After increasing the production capacity of 200000 tons of cathode copper in the second phase of electrolysis of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Group Copper Co.,Ltd.,in order to improve the filtration efficiency of copper anode slime,the factory has applied a fully automatic vertical filter press for the first time in the industry to filter copper electrolysis anode slime.Practice has proven that this equipment has the advantages of reducing employee labor intensity,improving filtration and loading efficiency,and improving tank utilization during the production process.This article elaborates on the selection of equipment and filter cloth,as well as equipment issues and modifications,hoping to provide reference and inspiration for relevant personnel.
