摘　　要：铜板带加工是有色金属工业中的重要组成部分,随着经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步,市场对铜板带产品的需求不断提升,铜板带产品也在向多品种、多规格、高精度、高性能、高技术含量、高附加值方向发展。然而市场上的高端铜带产品,无论是品种、质量和数量均远远不能满足市场要求,这就要求铜加工设备尤其是热轧设备也必须不断向高速、高精度控制发展。本文详细介绍了铜板带热轧机的配置方式,对铜板带热轧关键生产技术进行了分析和探讨,对今后的铜板带热轧机的设计和企业生产具有一定的指导意义。Copper strip processing is an important component of the non-ferrous metal industry.With the rapid development of the economy and continuous progress of technology,the demand for copper strip products in the market continues to increase.Copper strip products are also developing towards multiple varieties,specifications,high-precision,high-performance,high-tech content,and high added value.However,the high-end copper strip products in the market,regardless of variety,quality,and quantity,are far from meeting market requirements,which requires copper processing equipment,especially hot rolling equipment,to continuously develop towards high-speed and high-precision control.This article provides a detailed introduction to the configuration of copper strip hot rolling mills,analyzes and explores the key production technologies of copper strip hot rolling,and has certain guiding significance for the design and enterprise production of copper strip hot rolling mills in the future.
