摘  要:本文简述了空压机分类及风冷螺杆空压机技术优缺点,以中东地区典型电解铝厂为例,因地制宜选用新型耐高温风冷螺杆空压机,采用空压机排热系统与车间诱导通风系统匹配技术,确保空压站内的温度满足风冷空压机的需求,利用“数值模拟”的技术手段开展工程设计,使得各关键技术指标满足实际需求,为电解铝厂正常生产提供可靠的气源保障。与传统水冷空压机技术相比,本技术充分利用建设地“水贵电廉”的能源特点,克服了“缺水炎热”的恶劣自然条件,具有显著的技术经济优势。This article briefly describes the classification of air compressors and the advantages and disadvantages of aircooled screw air compressor technology.Taking typical electrolytic aluminum plants in the Middle East as an example,a new type of high-temperature resistant air-cooled screw air compressor is selected according to local conditions.The matching technology of air compressor exhaust system and workshop induced ventilation system is adopted to ensure that the temperature inside the air compressor station meets the needs of the air-cooled air compressor.The engineering design is carried out using"numerical simulation"technology to ensure that various key technical indicators meet actual needs and provide reliable gas source guarantee for the normal production of electrolytic aluminum plants.Compared with traditional water-cooled air compressor technology,this technology fully utilizes the energy characteristics of"water is expensive and electricity is cheap"in construction sites,overcomes the harsh natural conditions of"water shortage and heat",and has significant technical and economic advantages.
