摘 要:本文重点介绍粉料阀口袋包装机结构的设计及应用,配套设备的选择和应用方案。目前国内针对粉料的包装大部分采用敞口包装形式,敞口包装目前的主要问题是设备大,结构复杂,占地面积大,粉尘较多,物料内的气体很难排出,导致现场环境差,很难码垛运输,给企业带来很大困扰。由于敞口包装的粉尘很难处理,导致设备故障较多,车间环境差,对于一些容易爆炸的粉尘更是带来很大的危险,阀口包装机可以很好的解决上述问题。本文具体从结构设计上面,较传统敞口包装机彻底改变包装形式,从敞口包装形式变为阀口包装。This article focuses on the design and application of the structure of the powder valve pocket packaging machine,as well as the selection and application plan of supporting equipment.At present,most of the packaging for powder materials in China adopts open packaging.The main problems with open packaging are large equipment,complex structure,large footprint,high dust content,and difficulty in discharging gases from materials,resulting in poor on-site environment and difficult palletizing and transportation,which brings great difficulties to enterprises.Due to the difficulty in handling dust from open packaging,there are many equipment failures and poor workshop environments,which pose a great danger to some easily explosive dust.Valve packaging machines can effectively solve the above problems.This article specifically focuses on structural design,which completely changes the packaging form from open packaging to valve packaging compared to traditional open packaging machines.
