浅谈如何提高负极石墨化车间自动化程度

摘  要:随着国家“十四五”规划对新能源产业布局的不断实施,动力电池,储能电池的需求量不断增长,电池的负极材料也迎来井喷式增长。负极石墨化车间作为生产负极材料的核心工段,目前正处于低效率,高人工的操作阶段。从工艺角度,设置活动料仓吸料天车,母线自动连接小车,坩埚自动装填系统等将极大提高石墨化车间自动化程度,减少繁复的人工操作量,减少车间烟尘,优化车间工作环境。With the ongoing implementation of the 14th National Five-Year Plan on the layout of the new energy industry,the demand for power and energy storage batteries continues to grow,and the demand for negative electrode materials for batteries has also surged.Negative electrode graphitization workshops,a key segment in the production of negative electrode materials,are currently in a low-efficiency,high-manipulation phase.From a technical point of view,the installation of a mobile material bin suction crane,automatic attachment of busbars to small carts,and an automatic crucible loading system will greatly improve the level of automation in the graphitized workshop,reduce the complexity of manual operations,reduce workshop dust,and optimize the workshop environment.
