摘 要:为明确某矿山铜钴矿过渡带的矿石碎磨特性,通过对该矿山综合样开展碎磨试验,试验测定综合样标准Bond球磨功指数Wib为12.21kWh/t;相对可磨度系数K为1.38;金属磨损指数Ai为0.1005;SMC试验测得A=70.3,b=1.35,抗磨剥特性参数ta=0.92;落重指数DWi值为2.80kWh/m^(3),Morrell模型比能耗预测11.57kWh/t;结果表明该矿床的矿石属偏软矿石,矿石较软易碎,适合现有半自磨工艺处理。In order to clarify the comminution characteristics of ore in the transition zone of copper-cobalt in a mine,a comminution test was carried out on the sample of the mine.The test determined that the Bond ball mill work index Wib of the sample was 12.21kWh/t when the closed-circuit sieve hole was 150μm;the relative grindability coefficient K was measured to be 1.38;Bond wear index is 0.1005;the SMC test measured A=70.3,b=1.35,ta=0.92;A×b=94.9,the Drop-Weight Index DWi was 2.80kWh/m^(3),and the Morrell model predicts specific energy consumption of 11.57kWh/t;the results show that the ore of this deposit is relatively soft,the ore is soft and brittle,and is suitable for existing semi-autogenous grinding mill process.
