摘　　要：矿山产业必须创新发展模式,将绿色开发理念贯穿于矿产资源开发利用全过程。通过调研发现:虽然河北省国家级绿色矿山数量排名靠前,但仍存在很多困难阻碍绿色矿山的发展,比如:支持措施不完善,企业动力不足,中小型矿山企业科技水平落后等;总结出生态恢复模式、绿色技术模式、社区和谐模式以及循环经济园区模式等绿色矿山典型发展模式;并在法律法规、政策机制、科技创新、工作体系等长效机制方面进行了研究,提出了相关对策。积极推进矿业绿色升级和高质量发展,是实现新型工业化、城镇化健康发展的必要保证。The mining industry must innovate its development model and integrate the concept of green development throughout the entire process of mineral resource development and utilization.Through research,it was found that although Hebei Province ranks high in the number of national level green mines,there are still many difficulties that hinder the development of green mines,such as incomplete support measures,insufficient enterprise motivation,and backward technological levels of small and medium-sized mining enterprises;Summarize typical development models for green mines,including ecological restoration models,green technology models,community harmony models,and circular economy park models;And research has been conducted on long-term mechanisms such as laws and regulations,policy mechanisms,technological innovation,and work systems,and relevant countermeasures have been proposed.Actively promoting green upgrading and high-quality development of mining is a necessary guarantee for achieving healthy development of new industrialization and urbanization.
