摘　　要：标准实施是标准化工作的重要组成部分,关系到标准的生命力。开展标准实施效果研究与分析,可以及时发现标准实施中存在的不足,提升标准的适用性,是维持标准“新陈代谢”的重要措施。本文介绍了有色金属行业军用标准现状、标准实施情况、实施效果,以及标准实施中存在的问题,并提出了提升标准实施效果的建议。The implementation of standards is an important component of standardization work,which is related to the vitality of standards.Conducting research and analysis on the effectiveness of standard implementation can timely identify shortcomings in standard implementation,improve the applicability of standards,and is an important measure to maintain the"metabolism"of standards.This article introduces the current situation,implementation status,and effectiveness of military standards in the non-ferrous metal industry,as well as the problems that exist in the implementation of standards.Suggestions for improving the implementation effectiveness of standards are also proposed.
