高校博士生图书借阅的演化特征及服务对策探析——以北京大学为例

摘　　要：博士生是高校图书馆的重点服务群体,发现博士生图书借阅的特征及规律可以为图书馆精准服务提供参考。文章分析了北京大学博士生借阅数据的总体特征及不同院系人均借阅变化趋势等特征,建立了图书借阅量演化模型和借阅图书学科门类的信息熵模型。研究发现:博士生更多地借阅本专业领域中由知名学者编写、专业出版社出版的经典中英文图书;博士学习阶段呈现波动分布规律。因此,图书馆应通过设立博士生专业阅览室、开展博士生阅读活动等方式来提升服务效能。Doctoral students represent a key user group for academic libraries.Understanding the statistical characteristics and evolving patterns of their borrowing behavior can inform targeted library services.This study analyzes the overall characteristics of doctoral students′borrowing behavior at Peking University,and focuses on variations in average borrowing per capita across different departments.Additionally,the study establishes an evolutionary model of borrowing volume and an information entropy model for the disciplinary categories of borrowed books.Results indicate that doctoral students predominantly borrow classic academic books,both in Chinese and English,authored by prominent scholars and published by reputable academic publishers.Borrowing behavior throughout the doctoral study period exhibits a fluctuating pattern.To enhance service efficiency,libraries should consider establishing specialized reading rooms tailored to the needs of doctoral students from various disciplines and facilitating reading activities.
