摘 要:煤矿机电设备是保障煤矿安全与高效生产的重要基础,其稳定运行对整个煤矿的安全性和经济效益至关重要。在此情况下,合理运用煤矿机电设备的故障检测诊断技术不仅可以提高设备的可靠性和安全性,降低突发故障的风险,还有助于延长设备的使用寿命,优化维修策略。通过了解煤矿机电设备机械故障的类型以及其所产生的影响,提出了煤矿机电设备机械故障检测诊断技术的应用实践,以此来进一步提升煤矿的整体生产效率和安全管理水平。Electromechanical equipment in coal mines serves as a crucial foundation for ensuring safe and efficient production,with its stable operation being essential for the overall safety and economic benefits of the mine.In this context,the rational application of fault detection and diagnosis technology for coal mine electromechanical equipment not only enhances the reliability and safety of the machinery but also reduces the risk of unexpected failures,aids in prolonging the equipment's service life,and optimizes maintenance strategies.This research discusses the types of mechanical faults that can occur in coal mine electromechanical equipment,examines their impacts,and presents practical applications of mechanical fault detection and diagnosis technology.The aim is to further improve the overall production efficiency and safety management levels of coal mines.
