摘　　要：目的分析孕早期综合保健对妊娠合并空腹血糖受损患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月期间厦门市集美区杏林街道社区卫生服务中心诊治的180例妊娠合并空腹血糖受损患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各90例,试验组采用孕早期综合保健措施,对照组采用常规保健,对两组患者干预前后血糖控制有效率、自我效能和血糖水平改善情况及不良妊娠结局率进行对比分析。结果试验组妊娠合并空腹血糖受损患者血糖控制有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组妊娠合并空腹血糖受损患者干预前血糖、自我效能水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组血糖、自我效能水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组不良妊娠结局率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕早期综合保健措施能有效提升妊娠合并空腹血糖受损患者血糖控制有效率,并促进患者血糖水平改善,提高患者自我效能,优化妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive health care in early pregnancy on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant patients with impaired fasting blood glucose.Methods A total of 180 pregnant patients with impaired fasting blood glucose diagnosed and treated in Xinglin Community Health Service Center,Jimei District,Xiamen from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into trial group and control group,with 90 cases each group.The trial group received comprehensive health care measures in early pregnancy,and the control group received routine health care.The effective rate of blood glucose control,self-effcacy and improvement of blood glucose level and the rate of adverse pregnancy outcome before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of blood glucose control in pregnant patients with impaired fasting blood glucose in trial group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood glucose and self-effcacy between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,blood glucose and self-effcacy levels in the trial group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive health care measures in early pregnancy can effectively improve the blood glucose control effciency of pregnant patients with impaired fasting blood glucose,promote the improvement of blood glucose level,improve patients’self-effcacy,and optimize the pregnancy outcome.
