脂肪乳联合血液灌流治疗对急性有机磷中毒患者急救效果、血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脂肪乳联合血液灌流治疗对急性有机磷中毒(AOPP)患者急救效果、血清炎性因子的影响。方法回顾性分析日照市中心医院在2021年1月至2023年12月收治的86例AOPP患者,根据治疗方法分成两组,各43例。对照组予以血液灌流治疗,在对照组的基础上,观察组予以中/长链脂肪乳注射液治疗。对比两组的急救效果、病情恢复时间、血清炎性因子、心功能。结果治疗后,观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,病情恢复时间均较对照组短,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、核因子活化B细胞κ轻链增强子(NF-κB)、左室收缩末期内径(LVIDs)、血浆N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脂肪乳联合血液灌流治疗AOPP患者,能够提高急救成功率,加快病情恢复,减轻机体的炎性反应,改善心功能。Objective Exploring the effects of fat emulsion combined with hemoperfusion on emergency treatment and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning(AOPP).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 86 AOPP patients admitted to Rizhao Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,divided into two groups of 43 patients each according to the treatment method.The control group was given hemoperfusion treatment,and the observation group was given medium/long chain fat milk injection on the basis of the control group.Compare the first aid effects,recovery time,serum inflammatory factors,and cardiac function between two groups.Results After treatment,the rescue success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recovery time was shorter than that in the control group.Tumor necrosis factor(TNF alpha),interleukin 6(IL-6)and nuclear factor B cell activationκlight chain enhancer(NF-κB),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVIDs),plasma B-type natriuretic peptide precursor N end(NT-proBNP)levels are lower than the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of AOPP patients,fatty milk combined with hemoperfusion can improve the success rate of emergency treatment,accelerate the recovery of the disease,reduce the inflammatory response of the body and improve the heart function.
