甲状腺腺叶切除术与甲状腺次全切除术治疗甲状腺结节的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析甲状腺结节患者采取不同术式(甲状腺腺叶切除术、甲状腺次全切除术)体现的临床价值。方法纳入2023年6月至2024年6月本院收治甲状腺结节患者开展分组对照试验,符合条件共入组86例并划分2个组别(数字随机表法),对照组(n=43)开展甲状腺次全切除术,观察组(n=43)开展甲状腺腺叶切除术。根据综合指标对两组手术疗效进行全面评价。结果观察组临床治疗效果、术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量、术后24hVAS评分、术后住院时间、甲状腺激素水平、并发症发生率、生活质量评分各项指标改善效果较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺腺叶切除术、甲状腺次全切除术在甲状腺结节治疗中均有较好效果,但前者能减轻手术创伤和术后疼痛,促进甲状腺激素水平恢复,减少并发症发生,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical value of different operation methods(thyroid lobectomy,subtotal thyroidectomy)in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods A group controlled trial was conducted on patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024.A total of 86 eligible patients were enrolled and divided into two groups(numerical random table method).Subtotal thyroidectomy was performed in the control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)underwent thyroidectomy.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated comprehensively according to the comprehensive index.Results The improvement of clinical effcacy,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative drainage volume,24 hours postoperative VAS score,postoperative hospital stay,thyroid hormone level,complication rate and quality of life score in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both thyroid lobectomy and subtotal thyroidectomy have good results in the treatment of thyroid nodules,but the former can alleviate surgical trauma and postoperative pain,promote the recovery of thyroid hormone levels,reduce complications and improve quality of life.
