摘　　要：目的探讨在拔甲术后换药期间莫匹罗星软膏药物的应用效果。方法选取厦门市同安区新民街道社区卫生服务中心2022年7月至2023年12月收治的96例拔甲术治疗患者;以投掷硬币法分为两组;参照组(48例)在换药期间,合理选择纱布及敷料实施包扎固定;研究组(48例)在换药期间,采用莫匹罗星软膏药物实施涂抹治疗,完成后,依据参照组方法展开对应治疗。观察比较两组的各项指标差异。结果相较于参照组,研究组的伤口愈合优良率呈现出显著提升(P<0.05);研究组患者平均结痂时间较参照组短,平均换药次数较参照组少,结痂厚度较参照组低(P<0.05);相较于参照组,研究组患者在换药过程中的VAS评分展现出显著降低,其平均伤口愈合时间及平均疼痛消失时间亦均短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论临床对拔甲术治疗患者在选择药物进行治疗期间,莫匹罗星软膏药物的有效应用,可将患者的伤口愈合优良率明显提升,将系列指标明显改善,可促进拔甲术治疗患者的良好预后。Objective To explore the application effect of mupirocin ointment during dressing change after nail removal surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with nail extraction were selected from Xinmin Street Community Health Service Center,Tongan District,Xiamen City from July 2022 to December 2023.Divided into two groups by coin toss.In the reference group(48 cases),gauze and dressing were applied and fixed reasonably during dressing change.The study group(48 cases)was treated with mupirocin ointment during dressing change.After completion,the corresponding treatment was carried out according to the method of the reference group.Observe and compare the difference of various indexes between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the wound healing rate of the study group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The mean time of scab in study group was shorter than that in reference group,the mean times of dressing change was less,and the thickness of scab was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the VAS score in the study group during dressing change showed a significant decrease,and the mean wound healing time and mean pain disappearance time of the study group were also shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effective application of mupirocin ointment during the selection of medication for patients undergoing nail removal surgery can significantly improve the excellent rate of wound healing and improve the series of indicators,promoting a good prognosis for patients undergoing nail removal surgery.
