摘　　要：作为实践观念的当代中国新闻价值观,是指新闻活动主体用来指导自身新闻实践活动的价值观念。本文以当代中国党媒为主要考察对象,探讨其作为新闻舆论工作主体的实践价值观念。论文认为,作为实践观念的当代中国新闻价值观主要由三大维度构成:一是在新闻尺度价值维度上强调综合性新闻选择标准,二是在新闻效应价值维度上强调新闻的派生价值,三是在新闻关系价值维度上重视新闻活动及新闻的“纽带价值”“桥梁价值”。作为实践观念的当代中国新闻价值观具有自身的典型特征:它是一种政治立场鲜明、与社会主义核心价值观相统一的新闻价值观念,也是一种特别强调“整体性”和“实践性”的新闻价值观念。Contemporary Chinese news values refer to the guiding principles that shape news practices in modern China.This thesis focuses on party media as the central subject of investigation,examining its practical values within the broader framework of news and public opinion work.The author argues that contemporary Chinese news values,as a practical concept,are defined by three key dimensions:first,the emphasis on comprehensive criteria for news selection within the framework of news scale value;second,the focus on the derivative value of news in terms of its effects and societal impact;and third,the prioritization of the"bond value"and"bridge value"of news activities,highlighting the relational role of news in society.As a practical concept,contemporary Chinese news values exhibit distinct characteristics:they are inherently political,aligning with the socialist core value system,and they emphasize both"integrity"and"practicality"as fundamental principles in news practice.
