摘  要:致密油藏水平井经过多轮次的注水吞吐开采后,地层压力和产量下降快。针对致密油藏注水困难和水平井缝间干扰的问题,利用注水诱发天然裂缝扩展机理、面积注水开发方法及同井注采原理,从井网、管柱设计、注采工作制度方面,以致密油藏M区块为例对水平井缝间增产方法进行研究;提出多井缝间面积注水开发方式,设计匹配实际区块的管柱工艺,设置同时注采和间注间采2种注采制度,模拟实际井组生产10 a,参考多项指标探讨缝间面积注水方法开发方式的可行性。实例分析结果表明:缝间面积注水方法能够促使注入水均匀径向推进,消除缝间干扰、扩大注水波及范围,增强驱替作用,大幅提高累计产油量。研究成果可为致密油藏水平井多井缝间面积注水开发方式提供依据。The formation pressure and production of horizontal wells in tight reservoirs decrease rapidly after several rounds of water injection huff and puff.Facing the challenge of water injection difficulty and fracture-to-fracture interference of horizontal wells in tight reservoir,from the aspects of well pattern,string design and injection-produc‐tion system,taking tight-reservoir Block M as an example,fracture-to-fracture stimulation method of horizontal wells is studied by using mechanism of natural fracture propagation induced by water injection,areal water injection method and principle of injection-production in same well.Multi-well fracture-to-fracture areal water injection development method is proposed to design string technique matching actual block.2 injection-production systems are set up including simultaneous injection-production system and asynchronous injection-production system,simulates actual well pattern production for 10 a,and discusses feasibility of fracture-to-fracture areal water injection develop‐ment method with several indexes.Case analysis results show that fracture-to-fracture areal water injection method can promote uniform radial advance of injected water,eliminate fracture-to-fracture interference,expand injected water sweep range,enhance displacement effect,and greatly increase cumulative oil production.The research provides basis for fracture-to-fracture areal water injection development of horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs.
